Physicians must also meet a set of recommended minimum requirements to participate in the WARFARIN Study. The recommended minimum requirements for physician participation are:
The physician or clinic has at least 20 warfarin starts per month.
The physician has participated in clinical research previously.
The physician treats patients at a hospital that is participating in the study.
